SMX-Scopio-A Probe is an analog fiber optic connectors' inspection device for visualization of the connector end faces. It features high resolution, allowing detection of contamination and scratches as small as 1 µm. The system comes complete with portable 3.5" TFT display. The device is designed for one-hand operation with an easy to use focusing system.
The probes can be used for either bulkhead or patch cord inspection, such as ST, FC, SC, LC, MU, E2000™ - PC and APC as well as MTP®/MPO, SMA and other military connections.
Identify defects as small as 1 µm. Evaluate a connector by its visualized surface.
No external power source is needed, just connect directly to the charged portable 3.5" TFT display via the mini jack.
Need to inspect bulkhead connectors in patch panels? SMX-Scopio-A long barrel allows you to reach these types of connectors.
